Sir,
I have the honour to refer to my
[3]telegram No.133 of 18th September, 1934, regarding
certain tests at the William Froude National Tank,
the National Physical Laboratory, Teddington, in connection with the new No.1 Police Launch and to
inform you that the details and requirements are being for vaided by air mail direct to the
Superintendent.

It is requested that the Crown Agents
may be instructed to pay the fees incurred in connection with the experiments.
3.
A copy of my letter of 20th September,
1934, to the Superintendent, William Froude National Tank, National Physical Laboratory, Teddington, is
enclosed.
